Mrs. Lee's Literacy Lovers
- C. S. Lewis
WOW! I cannot believe we have entered October already; the first nine weeks is almost over! This week was a review week, so the students and I had a great time with some fun lessons. One of the activities the students completed this week involved making character selfies for some familiar fictional characters. Check out some of their selfies in the slideshow below! This week we will once again revisit root words, this time with Latin origins. We will also be focusing on finding problems and solutions within expository texts. If your child is in my language class, we will be discussing four different types of nouns: concrete, abstract, common, and proper. Here are some helpful videos and games.

Simply log on using the information provided, and tons of quizzes and resources become readily available to you. Please feel free to use this at home as an additional resource.
