Happy Thanksgiving, y'all! Thank you for entrusting me to teach your children each day. Please know that I think about them often and pray for them daily.
This upcoming week, the students and I will be revisiting some recent skills: theme and context clues. I don't usually give out homework, but please be on the lookout for a short assignment involving context clues to go home either Tuesday or Wednesday. In language, we will be talking about verb tenses and subject/verb agreement. We will also have a visit from ASAP, an organization that gives students tips for living a life free from substance abuse.
